Project Manager (Finance)

• At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in a finance department.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1 level).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage workload effectively in shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in an international business environment.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Microsoft Flow.
• Certification in project management such as PMP or PRINCE2.

• Support end-to-end project coordination and PMO activities, including project planning, risk register management, and tracking follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare high-quality project materials such as reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and summaries for internal teams and external client stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Project Managers on large, complex client engagements.
• Take independent ownership of smaller projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables from initiation through to completion.
• Maintain and manage project documentation workflows, ensuring version control, archiving, and accessibility.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication between internal teams and global clients.
• Monitor and update risk and issue registers, identifying potential blockers early and escalating as appropriate.
• Support a dynamic, fast-paced working environment requiring analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
