Full Stack Engineer - Cloud & SaaS Integrations

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience with production feature ownership.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, including modern frontend development, preferably with React.
• Hands-on experience with Go, or strong backend experience with languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or C#, with willingness to learn Go quickly.
• Real experience designing and consuming REST APIs including dealing with authentication, pagination, rate limits, partial failures, and breaking changes.
• Comfortable working across the full stack, capable of owning features from database through interface.
• Working proficiency in SQL.
• Experience developing cloud solutions and using cloud services (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• User-focused approach to operational tooling with clear and actionable error messaging.
• AI-augmented working style with active use of AI tools in engineering workflow and ability to articulate benefits.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Passion for creating high-quality web and SaaS applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, thorough, and tenacious.

• Building new integrations against third-party billing and usage APIs, including authentication, incremental sync, rate limits, error handling, and schema drift.
• Investing in the Integrations Framework along with testing harnesses and scaffolding to reduce integration effort.
• Using AI daily across coding tasks such as exploring codebases, prototyping, code generation and review, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Building interfaces for integration management including health and status visibility, error states, credential/key rotation, and feedback.
• Designing self-service features such as backfills, reconnects, and diagnostics for customer and internal use.
• Ensuring all platform capabilities are fully accessible via APIs for both human and agent use.
• Proposing, specifying, implementing, and maintaining new features independently.

This role is open remotely to full-time employees in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Israel. Contractors are considered in Eastern Europe and Portugal.
