Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI Cost Visibility- Poland(Remote)

• Minimum 7 years of professional software engineering experience including multi-tenant SaaS products with end-to-end product ownership.
• Strong skills in Go for backend services including APIs and data processing.
• Proficient in modern TypeScript and React with strong data presentation skills.
• Comfortable owning features across the full stack from data model to user interface.
• Experience with public cloud platforms, preferably GCP, and working proficiency in SQL against analytical stores like BigQuery.
• Product-oriented mindset focusing on why and effectiveness for users.
• Experience using AI tools integrated into engineering workflow with clear understanding of benefits and limitations.
• Deep knowledge of software engineering practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Capable of working with ambiguity in a fast-moving market, identifying the right problems to solve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of FinOps and related products.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous work.

• Own features end-to-end, from customer problem understanding to design, implementation, release, monitoring, and iteration, including defining done criteria and ownership of outcomes.
• Understand AI spend including token and model pricing, inference and GPU economics, and FinOps practitioner reasoning.
• Work AI-augmented daily across the workflow: exploring codebases, vendor APIs, prototyping, code generation and review, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Design, build, and scale backend services in Go and frontend product experiences in TypeScript and React.
• Build API-first capabilities accessible to both humans and agents.
• Set engineering standards through design reviews, guard-rails, and mentoring peers.
