Senior ServiceNow GRC/ IRM Transformation & Advisory Consultant Role

• Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and advisory roles, especially in the IRM suite including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, TPRM and Operational Resilience.
• Preferred expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Risk & Compliance (RC), Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Agentic AI (Now Assist, GenAI), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• At least 5 years of consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
• Sector expertise in Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, and Energy & Utilities with focus on governance, risk, and compliance.
• Required certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Preferred: at least two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Experience in project management, agile delivery, business analysis, solution architecture, and scope definition.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Prince2, SAFe, or other Scaled Agile certifications.
• Experience managing organizational change and technology transformation adoption.
• Desired certifications: PROSCI, TBM (Technology Business Management).
• Proven business development and pre-sales experience.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; English proficiency at C2 level.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

• Provide expert advisory services across Enterprise Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Operational Resilience, Third-Party Risk Management, and Governance using ServiceNow IRM.
• Lead design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions enabling clients' strategic business outcomes focused on risk and compliance frameworks.
• Apply deep industry expertise in Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, and Energy & Utilities sectors to tailor solutions.
• Cultivate and expand trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Contribute expertise to grow the global consulting capability and coach colleagues.
• Support bid responses and identify new client opportunities.

Location: anywhere in Poland. Full travel availability required (not weekly travel).
