Tech Product Manager AI - Belmoney

Belmoney is a Belgian fintech company operating in the international money transfer (remittance) space.

• 4+ years of commercial experience in product management
• Proven experience working in fintech, payments, banking, or a closely related financial-services environment
• Experience managing digital products, preferably web and/or mobile applications
• Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap management, and agile methodology
• Ability to work effectively with engineering and design teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data and product metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• English proficient enough for daily work communication
• Willingness to relocate to Madrid (Alcobendas), Spain

Nice to have:

• Experience in payments, remittance, or money transfer products
• Understanding of KYC/AML and compliance requirements
• Experience working with payment service providers (PSPs)
• Experience with event-driven or distributed systems
• Experience working in an international or multicultural team
• Technical background or experience working closely with backend/frontend engineering teams

• Own and drive product development from discovery and prioritization through delivery and iteration
• Review and support the implementation of AI across different processes
• Work closely with engineering, design, DevOps, compliance, and business teams
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze customer needs, product data, and market trends to identify opportunities
• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap based on business and customer impact
• Coordinate product launches and ensure smooth delivery across teams
• Work on fintech-specific flows including payments, KYC/AML, PSP integrations, and international money transfers
• Continuously measure product performance and use data and feedback to improve the product
• Communicate product decisions and priorities clearly across the organization
