• Minimum 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer, AI Developer, or related role, including at least one year in production deployments.
• Practical experience designing and implementing GenAI, LLM, and AI agents solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Experience building and maintaining MLOps/LLMOps processes using Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience working with LLM models, RAG solutions, and Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Azure environment, especially services supporting AI and GenAI development.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems using REST API, asynchronous communication, and integration platforms.
• Usage of source code management tools like Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
• Ability to assess the quality of AI model-generated responses and use evaluation results for optimization.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AI Governance and AI Act.
• Azure certifications: Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
• Experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with its business specifics.

• Design, tuning, and deployment of advanced AI/ML and GenAI models using Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning.
• Build and optimize MLOps/LLMOps processes with Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems.
• Integrate AI solutions with the new ecosystem of systems.
• Implement advanced RAG solutions using Azure AI Search and work with the latest LLM models in Azure OpenAI.
• Participate in ensuring AI solution compliance with AI Governance and AI Act, including preparing technical documentation and monitoring models.
• Collaborate actively with business and IT teams, present work results, and support AI solution implementations and adoption.
