MLOps/Data Scientist/Data Engineer (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is a company located in Warszawa at Rondo Ignacego Daszyńskiego 4.

• Higher education in data science, econometrics, statistics, mathematics, physics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in MLOps, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, especially Azure and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Python, Git, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with SAS VIYA, Azure ML, Databricks, and Fabric.
• Experience with deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of models.
• Ability to analyze new technologies and propose their application.
• Ability to provide services partly from Poland, including 20% presence at the Warszawa office.

• Designing, building, and developing MLOps environments supporting deployment, automation, and maintenance of Machine Learning models and decision engines.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring processes related to the full lifecycle of analytical models.
• Creating, developing, and maintaining CI/CD processes and automation of ML solution deployments following DevOps and MLOps best practices.
• Designing and implementing processes on cloud and analytic platforms (Azure, Fabric, SAS Viya) for the MLOps team.
• Analyzing platform development needs and designing solutions to improve the building of decision engines and predictive models and integrating on-premises with cloud environments.
• Analyzing new cloud technologies and services and recommending their application in Machine Learning and AI solution architecture.

Candidate services must be provided from Poland, partially from the Warszawa office (20%).
