MLOps Specialist

IT Factory is a dynamic company experienced in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a major Polish insurance company.

• Higher education in data science, econometrics, statistics, mathematics, physics, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MLOps, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering
• Knowledge of cloud environments Azure and Microsoft ecosystem
• Programming skills in Python
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD processes
• Experience with platforms like SAS Viya, Azure ML, Databricks, Fabric, or similar analytical platforms
• Understanding of deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of models
• Ability to independently analyze new technologies and propose business applications

• Designing, building, and developing MLOps environments supporting deployment, automation, and maintenance of Machine Learning models and decision engines
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring processes related to the full lifecycle of analytical models
• Creating, developing, and maintaining CI/CD processes and automating ML solution deployments according to DevOps and MLOps best practices
• Designing and implementing processes on cloud and analytical platforms (Azure, Fabric, SAS Viya) for the MLOps team
• Analyzing development needs of the platform and designing and implementing solutions to improve the building processes of decision engines and predictive models, including integrating on-prem environments with cloud
• Analyzing new cloud technologies and services and recommending their application in Machine Learning and AI architecture
