Project Manager / Lead Architect

H2B Group is a consulting company that helps clients automate business processes using AI and supports IT specialists in developing careers in the B2B model. They offer projects in industries such as fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation. The client for this project is a leading company from the German energy sector. The project is fully remote, B2B, full-time, with duration planned until December 15, 2026, with possibility of extension.

• Proven success in managing large-scale technical transformation projects as a Lead or Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Renovate tool.
• Expert knowledge of the GitLab platform (CI/CD, API, and permissions model).
• Architectural experience with scalable distributed environments based on Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of software supply chain security and vulnerability management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to combine architectural role with hands-on technical tasks.
• Fluent English spoken and written.

• Defining the target architecture for large-scale Renovate platform deployment.
• Setting central configuration standards, update policies, and governance models.
• Planning the project, prioritizing, and managing rollout waves.
• Coordinating collaboration among operations, security, development teams, and management.
• Ensuring compliance with security standards, managing credentials and compliance requirements.
• Reviewing technical implementations and mentoring engineers.
• Validating architectural concepts by creating prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoC).

The offer is for full-time B2B contract, fully remote, for a project with a German energy sector client, lasting until December 15, 2026, with possible extension.
