Specjalista UI/UX/CX

Must Have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UX/UI or UX/CX.
• Experience designing web or mobile applications.
• Experience in digital projects executed in Agile.
• Skills in User Flow Design, Information Architecture, Wireframing, Prototyping, User Centered Design, and self-service process design.
• Competency in Customer Journey Mapping, customer experience analysis, multichannel communication design, and customer experience design in digital processes.
• Strong knowledge of Figma, user interface design, Design Systems, and Responsive Design.
• Soft skills including workshop facilitation, cooperation with business and IT, presentation of solutions and recommendations, independence, and proactivity.
• Providing services from Poland.
• Hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Nice to have:

• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial sectors.
• Knowledge of customer service processes and Contact Centers.
• Experience designing chatbots and voicebots.
• Knowledge of AI supporting customer communication.
• Experience in UX research.
• Knowledge of WCAG.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Customer Experience (CX):

• Designing and optimizing customer experience throughout the claim service path.
• Creating and developing Customer Journey Maps.
• Identifying customer problems and recommending improvements.
• Designing omnichannel experiences for Contact Center, Client Portal, Mobile Application, e-mail, SMS, and outgoing documents.
• Collaborating on defining customer communication standards.

User Experience (UX):

• Designing User Flows and user scenarios.
• Designing customer self-service paths.
• Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Analyzing user needs and recommending improvements.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, business analysts, and development teams.

User Interface (UI):

• Designing modern and intuitive user interfaces.
• Creating high-fidelity mockups.
• Co-creating and developing the Design System.
• Ensuring visual consistency across communication channels.
• Designing solutions complying with digital accessibility principles.

Project Collaboration:

• Participating in Discovery, Inception, and solution design workshops.
• Co-creating product backlog.
• Verifying solutions for customer and user experience.
• Participating in usability testing.
• Collaborating with business, architecture, and design teams.

Services must be provided from the territory of Poland. Hybrid work schedule: minimum 3 days per week in the office located at PZU, Warsaw.
