Module Platform Engineer (Pharma)

• Minimum 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong professional knowledge of Rust.
• Experience designing compilers, code generation, or template systems.
• Practical experience in designing programming contracts and API interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of at least one of the platforms: Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or AWS Glue / Redshift.
• Fluent use or readiness to master AI coding agents within the first 2 weeks.
• Very good English writing skills enabling precise technical and regulatory documentation.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw (1–2 days per week initially).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of more than one of the cloud platforms listed.
• Experience in Developer Experience / SDK solutions.

• Build and develop a scalable module library and contracts supporting 100+ granular modules across multiple cloud platforms.
• Design compiler architectures, code generators, and template systems.
• Create stable, clear contracts and API interfaces.
• Work specification-first, proposing technical solutions collaborating with the Platform Owner responsible for architecture.
• Write precise documentation in English.
