Senior Golang Developer

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience with deep, hands-on proficiency in Go (Golang).
• Proven experience architecting and shipping scalable distributed systems and APIs (gRPC, REST) in Go.
• Experience building developer tooling, build engines, automated QA frameworks, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of Go concurrency patterns, memory management, profiling, and high-throughput backend design.
• Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native observability tools like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong technical communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial services or fintech sector.
• Experience with Language Server Protocol (LSP), AST parsing, or VSCode extension development.
• Background in legacy platform modernization or compiler/DSL design.

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade Go microservices and robust APIs powering internal platform capabilities.
• Develop custom developer tools, language parsers, and DSL automation engines to streamline legacy system modernization.
• Partner with tooling teams to integrate backend services with IDE extensions (VSCode) and automated developer workflows.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD integrations, and end-to-end observability across distributed Go services under heavy load.
• Collaborate closely within a dedicated engineering squad comprising PM, developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver maintainable architecture on tight release schedules.
