• Assist players via phone, email, and chat in German and English
• Handle technical problems, billing, accounts, and gameplay queries

• Moderate community platforms and maintain a positive environment
• Identify trends and report issues to appropriate teams
• Contribute ideas to improve knowledge base and processes
