Wymagania

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills engaging with engineers and senior business members
  • Great prioritisation and time management with value-based prioritisation approach
  • Methodical and analytical problem-solving skills from a 'first principles' basis
  • Ability and attitude to learn new product areas/domains quickly
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills
  • Team player able to work collaboratively with others
  • Ownership, responsiveness, and commitment towards assigned work
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills especially under trade-offs and fast decisions
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and writing effective user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Good people skills to gain trust and respect of team members

  • Domain expertise in colleague scheduling and payment processes
  • Understanding of the business

Obowiązki

  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Proactively partner with stakeholders and peers on shared and independent business requirements
  • Understand the different personas that your products will support
  • Prioritise work decisively, working with the business, senior leaders, and engineering
  • Maintain documentation that explains requirements for engineering and other business stakeholders, converting non-technical requirements into technical stories
  • Support any production-related issues that are highlighted
