Infor M3 Business Analyst Order to Cash

Galderma is a leading dermatology company present in approximately 90 countries, focusing on a portfolio of premium brands in Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology. They have a new IT hub at Unity Tower in Krakow, Poland, where this role is based.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management IT and Accounting
• 5+ years professional experience with Infor M3 across multiple functions and business processes, focusing on Pricing, Rebates, Discounts, and Commercial policies
• Experience with ERP systems and planning software
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and derive functional specifications
• Project management and coordination capabilities
• General understanding of IT infrastructure and applications
• Mission-oriented with a passion for delivering quality customer care
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing)

• Analyse business processes, requirements, data, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements with Domain and Service Owners
• Define project scope, contribute to business case development and resource planning
• Lead early business and functional design activities including workshops and effort assessments
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions aligned with IT strategy
• Support design, implementation, and integration of new solutions, including global platform replacements
• Coordinate User Requirements Specifications (URS), solution testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Act as primary IT contact for external consultants and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
• Ensure solutions meet GxP and regulatory requirements
