Manager of AI Engineering

Founded in 1981, Galderma focuses on advanced dermatology solutions meeting healthcare professionals' and patients' needs.

• 8+ years of experience in software or AI engineering with at least 3 years in engineering leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering AI, ML, or GenAI solutions into production with monitoring and operations expertise.
• Hands-on experience with modern ML and LLM stacks, APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise system integration.
• Strong collaboration skills with security, privacy, and legal teams to ensure compliant solutions.
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills.

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI products and solutions from backlog to production, driving predictable execution and quality releases.
• Define target architecture for AI solutions including APIs, integrations, data flows, and identity/access management.
• Steward reusable components, reference patterns, and guardrails for AI platforms.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices such as CI/CD for models and prompts, evaluation pipelines, monitoring, incident response, and rollbacks.
• Embed security controls, privacy requirements, and responsible AI measures throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Set and enforce engineering standards including coding standards, testing strategies, documentation, and code review discipline.
• Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, supporting budget and capacity planning for AI Factory.
• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing engineering team while fostering a learning culture and global collaboration.
