Digital Transformation Development, Manager

Regional Port Operations and Container Management (RPC) cover responsibilities ranging from Regional Operations Control to Regional Container Steering for Europe. RPC centralizes operations related to empty inventory management and loading coordination. The Digital Transformation Development Team defines business problems, optimizes and creates processes, develops innovative tools, coordinates rollout of new systems, leads cost-saving initiatives, automates tasks, and analyzes data to support decision making.

• Bachelor qualification in Logistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering or relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience.
• Minimum 6 years relevant business experience.
• Knowledge of web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (Google Apps Script).
• Programming and DB skills in Python (esp. for Machine Learning), SQL, BigQuery, and LookML.
• Experience with version control tools: Git/GitHub.
• Familiarity with agile tools: Jira, Confluence, and Scrum methodology.
• Fluency in English.
• Skills in deciding and initiating action, leading and supervising, persuading and influencing.
• Adherence to principles and values.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.
• Valid right to live and work in Poland.

• Lead digital transformation and automation as a business partner for Regional Port Operations and Container Management.
• Coordinate and supervise the team to deliver assigned tasks and ensure internal customer satisfaction.
• Drive strategy, development, and delivery of digital solutions assuring quality and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to drive digital and automation transformation.
• Lead end-to-end mapping of current business processes to resolve bottlenecks.
• Leverage business analytics to evaluate performance and measure efficiency gains.
• Serve as senior escalation point for digital adoption and integration issues, resolving stakeholder problems.
• Build collaborative networks to align digital priorities with business goals.
• Support decision making influencing daily business within defined authority limits.
• Act as a link between upper management and staff, maintaining relationships across teams and departments.
• Manage daily processes according to targets, policies, and guidelines.
• Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth technology adoption.
• Ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Fulfill operational objectives of the teams.
