Tesco Technology is focused on supporting colleagues' contractual shift patterns and weekly schedules via their Enabling Functions team. The role centers on maintaining and evolving two existing APIs (Contracted Shifts and Planned Schedules) to support more clients and business areas while simplifying processes. The company operates a hybrid working model based in Kraków, offering collaboration at office locations and remote work.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to document clearly for engineering teams (tools: Jira, Confluence, Aha!)
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills, interacting with engineers and senior team members as well as external partners
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills using value-based approaches
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills from a 'first principles' perspective
  • Aptitude to quickly learn new product areas and domains
  • Effective presentation and persuasion skills

  • Ownership, responsiveness, and commitment to assigned work
  • Strong decision making under trade-offs and fast decision requirements
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, writing user stories and acceptance criteria

Obowiązki

  • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Proactively partner with stakeholders and peers on shared and independent business requirements
  • Understand the different personas supported by the products
  • Prioritise work decisively, collaborating with business, senior leaders, and engineering
  • Maintain documentation to explain requirements for engineering and business stakeholders, converting non-technical requirements into technical stories
  • Support production-related issues
  • Support maintenance and development of Time APIs initially, with a longer-term vision including supporting front-end applications relying on these APIs
