Wymagania
- Minimum 6 years of experience in UX design.
- Experience managing UX projects independently from discovery to implementation.
- Experience working with business, analytics, and development teams.
- Experience conducting UX workshops with stakeholders.
- Experience with large digital products developed by multi-person teams.
- Practical knowledge of Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience designing products for complex business processes with a large user base.
Obowiązki
- Lead the UX design process from discovery to implementation.
- Identify user needs through qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Design user experiences for digital products and processes.
- Prepare mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Conduct workshops and design sessions with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business, analytics, and development teams to justify design decisions.
- Work with other UX designers on large digital products.
- Support solution deployment and oversee UX consistency.
