AI Developer

moondigo sp. z o.o. is seeking an AI Developer to join a team developing AI/ML and GenAI solutions focused on claims and benefits processing.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as AI Engineer/Developer or similar, with at least 1 year in production deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Python and experience with GenAI, LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and model quality evaluation.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, especially Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps tools: Azure ML Pipelines, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, Terraform, and AI model CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Branching Strategy, and Release Management.
• Experience integrating AI solutions via REST API, OpenAPI/Swagger, asynchronous/event-driven communication, and cross-platform integration.
• Knowledge of Vector Search, Embedding Models, document knowledge bases for RAG, Model Monitoring, and Model Registry.
• Understanding of AI solution architectures, including microservices, Azure cloud architecture, distributed systems, and high-availability AI services.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AI Governance and AI Act.
• Microsoft Azure certifications such as DP-100, AI-102, or AI-900.
• Experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of its business processes.

• Create, develop, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning.
• Develop and optimize MLOps/LLMOps processes, including work with MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, and CI/CD.
• Build solutions based on LLM and RAG, utilizing Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI.
• Integrate AI solutions with business systems and applications supporting claims processes.
• Support compliance with AI Governance and AI Act, including technical documentation and model monitoring.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams in implementing, developing, and adopting AI solutions.
