Senior MLOps Engineer (k/m)

Lumicode Sp. z o.o. is part of the Pentacomp Group which has been providing IT solutions and technology services to major enterprises and public sector institutions for almost 30 years. They implement projects supporting the digital transformation of their clients by combining experience with modern technologies. Currently, they are seeking an experienced professional for a project with a client from the bank sector to support the development and deployment of AI/GenAI solutions in a production environment.

• Strong, practical experience with AWS cloud environment, able to build and deploy ML/AI solutions
• Advanced practical knowledge of AWS services
• Experience with AWS SageMaker for building and deploying ML solutions
• Practical experience with AWS Bedrock, including GenAI / LLM solutions
• Building and maintaining MLOps pipelines or ML platforms
• Experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management
• Knowledge of ML model lifecycle and challenges of deploying and maintaining models in production
• Experience with MLflow or similar ML process support tools

• Experience with Agentic AI solutions
• Practical knowledge of additional tools supporting GenAI operationalization

• Design and develop the MLOps / GenAI Ops environment for production use
• Build end-to-end pipelines covering training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining of models
• Develop solutions utilizing LLM and GenAI, including work with AWS Bedrock
• Design and maintain scalable AI/ML infrastructure on AWS
• Orchestrate processes and workflows using AWS Step Functions, EventBridge, and Lambda
• Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Configure monitoring, logging, and observability using CloudWatch, X-Ray, and CloudTrail
• Collaborate with Data, AI, and Engineering teams in deploying AI solutions
• Support the development of systems using the Agentic AI approach
