AI-Native Product Engineer

• Experience in creating applications covering frontend, backend, and API integrations.
• Practical knowledge of selected frontend and backend technologies and databases.
• Ability to create and develop automated tests.
• Experience in developing, refactoring, and modernizing existing systems.
• Knowledge of good practices for creating secure and maintainable software.
• Daily use of AI tools in the software development process.
• Independence, responsibility for solution quality, and teamwork skills.
• Product thinking and readiness for rapid prototyping and idea verification.
• Experience in integration of external services, AI models, or automation tools is an additional advantage.

• Creating functionalities including user interface, backend, and API integrations.
• Daily use of AI tools for code creation, refactoring, test preparation, and technical documentation.
• Designing and developing automated tests and taking responsibility for the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
• Integrating AI models and new components with production systems.
• Designing and developing regression tests to protect the system during development and modernization.
• Gradual code refactoring while maintaining continuous operation of production systems.
