IT Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects independently through all phases
• Experience managing internal projects covering multiple business and IT areas and coordinating various stakeholder groups
• Past involvement in projects implementing ready-made market solutions such as systems, platforms, or infrastructure, beyond just software development
• Practical experience in infrastructure projects like network modernization, IT solution implementation, or cybersecurity projects involving external partners
• Strong collaboration skills with business, ability to conduct workshops, gather and organize requirements, and take responsibility for project delivery from start to finish
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence

• Independently managing end-to-end IT and infrastructure projects
• Gathering and analyzing business needs and translating them into project scope and plan
• Preparing schedules, coordinating execution, and monitoring progress
• Managing projects related to the implementation of ready-made systems, platforms, and technological solutions
• Coordinating infrastructure projects including those in cooperation with external suppliers
• Conducting workshops and collaborating with business, IT, and other stakeholders
• Managing risks, dependencies, changes, and ongoing project issues
• Being responsible for solution implementation and formal project closure
