Junior Project Manager IT / Wsparcie Kierownika Projektu IT

• Higher education or postgraduate studies in Project Management, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, Management, Digital Product Management, IT Product Management, Computer Science or related field
• At least 1 year of experience as Junior Project Manager, PMO Specialist, Project Manager Assistant, IT Project Coordinator, IT Project Support Specialist or related role
• Ability to organize own work and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Ability to create documentation and meeting notes using AI
• Communication skills and ease of building relationships
• Independence, accuracy, and responsibility
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Analytical skills and problem-solving orientation

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, CRM or production systems project environments
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect, Planner, Jira
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies: Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMBOK
• Experience in digital and/or business transformation projects
• English language skills enabling cooperation with system and service providers

• Support Project Manager in delivering business-IT projects
• Organize and coordinate project meetings
• Prepare agendas, notes, protocols, and meeting summaries
• Monitor project task completion and remind about deadlines
• Update project schedules, risk registers, actions, and decisions
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Coordinate information flow among project stakeholders
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external suppliers
• Support business requirements gathering and process analysis
• Maintain project document repository (using O365/SharePoint, JIRA, GitHub/GitLab)
• Prepare status reports and presentations for management
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment of new solutions
• Oversee implementation of decisions and actions from project meetings
• Support organization of trainings, workshops, and communication regarding organizational changes
• Assist in budget reconciliation and project cost monitoring
