Technical Communication & Reporting Specialist

Craftware is a technology company employing over 500 experts, supporting large organizations in solving complex business challenges with modern IT solutions including sales systems, automation, data platforms, and AI. They deliver end-to-end projects from analysis and architecture to implementation, development, and maintenance, partnering with industry leaders such as Salesforce, Veeva, UiPath, and Databricks.

• Approximately 2 years of experience in communication, PMO, business support, reporting, or a similar area.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and structure information clearly.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exposure to IT, technology, or digital projects.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of cyber security, cyber risk, or IT governance.
• Experience supporting reporting or coordination in corporate/international environments.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Support preparation of presentations for CISO, management, and decision-making bodies.
• Assist in creating executive summaries, talking points, and briefing materials.
• Support analysis of dashboards and reports to identify key insights for leaders.
• Collect and organize information from different teams into coherent, structured reports.
• Assist in preparations for Board, Risk Committee, All Hands, Town Halls, and management meetings.
• Help maintain reporting packages, presentation templates, and communication materials.
• Track actions, milestones, and updates within the CISO Office.
