Minimum 2 years of practical experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
Proficiency in DAX
Good knowledge of SQL
Ability to model data (star schema, relationships)
Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS)
Experience working with business requirements
Independence, communication skills, and a desire to actively influence BI solution development

Nice to have:

Experience with Power BI Service administration (workspace management, licensing, Premium Capacity, data gateways, permissions)
Knowledge of the Databricks platform and Azure cloud services (ADF, ADLS)
Experience with Git/Azure DevOps in BI projects
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric

Designing and building Power BI reports according to the defined implementation roadmap
Participating in the migration project of the reporting environment to Power BI
Data modeling in the semantic layer (star schema, DAX, relationships)
Optimizing report and data model performance
Collaborating with analysts and key users in defining requirements
Applying and promoting established Power BI standards
