Growth Engineer

The company is embedding AI deeply into how content is created, governed, and scaled, moving up-market into enterprise while maintaining its developer base.

• Experience building marketing or growth engineering systems such as automation, instrumentation, experimentation, or AI agent tooling.
• Deep fluency in AI tooling and agentic workflows with hands-on experience.
• Ability to own and write specifications for ambiguous and undefined scope.
• Systems thinking about data flows and process automation without compromising accuracy.
• Measured by funnel improvement rather than code output.

What You Will Build:

• Build and maintain tooling that tracks AI-powered search visibility including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity.
• Design and ship AI agents and automations for research, drafting, QA, and reporting to accelerate idea-to-live-asset workflows.
• Build infrastructure for rapid experiment launch, tracking, and readout without custom builds.
• Own the learning loop by turning product and sales AI insights into actionable sales conversations.

Who You Are:

• Build marketing or growth engineering systems including automation, instrumentation, experimentation infrastructure, or AI agent tooling.
• Fluent in AI tooling and agentic workflows with practical experience.
• Comfortable managing ambiguous and undefined scope.
• Think systemically about data flows and manual process elimination.
• Focus on funnel efficiency over quantity of code shipped.
