UX/UI Designer (AI-Native Process)

They work on enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions, including national workforce platforms, education ecosystems, major banks, global telecoms, and international brands.

• Think differently: start design with AI generation rather than traditional tools like Figma.
• Prioritize generation first and refinement second.
• Rapid prototyping ability: create multi-screen clickable prototypes within 2 hours.
• Aim for functional prototypes over initial perfection.
• Fluent in multiple AI design tools such as Magic Patterns, v0, Bolt, Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, Figma Make.
• Understand strengths and weaknesses of different AI tools and when to switch.
• Understand front-end fundamentals including HTML structure and CSS layout.
• Possess design sensibility to identify visual and flow issues.
• Care about the user experience even at early prototype stages.
• Hold product thinking: understand user stories, flows, edge cases, empty states, and error handling.
• Think beyond the happy path, considering various user and data scenarios.

• Join project teams alongside Strategic and Senior UX Designers and Top UI Designers.
• Begin work when concepts and scope are approved.
• Turn module briefs into interactive prototypes with real interactions, copy, and edge cases.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Magic Patterns, v0, Cursor, Claude Code) to generate prototypes quickly, often by voice.
• Share prototypes asynchronously for feedback and iterate rapidly.
• Hand off solid prototypes to UI Designers for final polish and design system compliance.
• Build rough interactive prototypes live during workshops to create tangible experiences.
• Help set standards for AI-first design thinking within the team.
• Evangelize the AI-First Designer role at Flying Bisons.
