Senior UX Designer

Flying Bisons is a leading Strategic Design & Digital Consulting company based in Warsaw, with projects across Europe and the Middle East. The company works on enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions of people. Projects include national workforce platforms (Qiwa, Ajeer), education ecosystems (Madares), major banks (Bank Pekao, Alinma), global telecoms (Ooredoo, Salam), and international brands (KFC, Hebe, NaTemat, Enel-Med).

• Strong portfolio of commercial UX projects showing real project work and individual contribution.
• Solid UX skills, particularly in user flows, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience working on complex digital products, platforms, or ecosystems.
• Ability to independently take a problem from an unclear starting point to a structured design solution.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders or managing complex dependencies within a product.
• Ability to explain personal contributions, decisions made, and resulting changes.
• Experience working directly with clients, Product Managers, Product Owners, or business stakeholders.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles.
• Proactive approach and willingness to go beyond the initial brief when required.
• Openness to changing requirements and project conditions.
• Practical and active use of AI in the design process.
• Good command of written and spoken English, C1 level.
• Ability and willingness to cooperate on a B2B basis.

• Experience with government or public-service digital products.
• Experience working on projects in the MENA region.

• Take ownership of UX for selected areas of complex digital products.
• Translate user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and regulations into clear user experiences.
• Map user journeys and flows, define information architecture, and create wireframes and prototypes.
• Design complex processes, forms, and interactions.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or conflicting requirements and actively work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Work directly with clients and multidisciplinary product teams.
• Present, explain, and defend design decisions.
• Use research, usability testing, analytics, and other sources of evidence to validate and improve solutions.
• Work with large design systems and ensure consistency across products.
• Design with accessibility, inclusivity, and security requirements in mind.
• Collaborate across web and mobile products.
• Use AI as an active part of the design process, from research and synthesis to ideation, prototyping, and optimisation.
• Adapt to changes in requirements, priorities, project direction, processes, and team structures.
