• Experience in leading development and cross-functional teams (research, design & development).
• Effective, transparent communication skills.
• Budget management experience.

• Manage and oversee a range of digital projects throughout their entire lifecycle, balancing discovery, design, and technical implementation phases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams across departments including Analytics, Research, Strategy, Content Writing, Design, and Development.
• Ensure projects run smoothly by monitoring timelines, budgets, communication flow, and task completion using project management tools and routines.
• Lead flexible, evolving projects adjusting scope and approach to meet clients' needs and business goals.
• Create, track, and manage budgets and produce detailed reports for transparency.
