Senior Project Manager

intent designs and co-creates connected devices including wearables, smart audio, and health-tech hardware for clients such as Oura and BOSE. The company has been operating since 2008, is 60+ people strong, fully remote, and backed by investors like a16z and Founders Fund.

• 4+ years of project management, ideally in a software house or digital agency
• Hands-on experience delivering custom software projects from scratch to release
• Previous experience in IoT, wearables, or connected-device projects
• Comfort with hardware-software trade-offs (firmware delays, OTA, certifications)
• Solid Agile foundations, especially Scrum
• Ability to step into Scrum Master or Product Owner roles if needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• English proficiency at C1+ (written and spoken)
• Creativity, excellent communication skills, and genuine interest in technology
• Alignment with intent's values: openness, ownership, and continuous learning

Nice to have:

• Experience with US-based clients and their delivery expectations
• Genuine curiosity about the devices the team is building, beyond timelines

• Be the single point of contact for US-based clients: communication, diplomacy, and negotiation
• Manage web and mobile projects end to end: discovery, scoping, launch, and post-launch support
• Lead a cross-functional squad of designers, developers, QA, and other PMs
• Run Scrum ceremonies, plan sprints, manage backlogs, timelines, budgets, and project health
• Co-create product vision with clients including features and MVP strategy
• Lead staffing and resource planning with other chapters
• Push for better ways of working inside the squad and across the company
• Use AI tools as part of daily workflows
