Kodland is a digital platform connecting tutors and children aged 5 to 17, teaching game development (Unity/Roblox/Minecraft), programming (Scratch/Python), web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS), and digital design (Blender/Photoshop). Kodland operates in 40 countries and educates over 30,000 students.

• Ability to build good rapport with children and parents.
• Strong presentation skills and excellent communication.
• Friendly, patient, and professional disposition.
• Experience in sales, customer service, teaching, presenting, training, or coaching is preferred.
• Own a Windows or Mac computer/laptop with a good internet connection.
• Intermediate proficiency in English to communicate with the Kodland International team.

• Present trial programming lessons during Zoom calls with parents and children.
• Guide children (accompanied by a parent) through short and fun programming exercises lasting 40 to 60 minutes.
• Use provided training to deliver programming lessons, even if not previously skilled in coding.

The offer includes a B2B contract with the possibility to work as an unregistered sole trader; other options include collaboration via the TwójStartup incubator (commission contract/contract for specific work). Details will be discussed during the recruitment conversation.
