Wymagania
- Ability to formulate product goals and vision and manage requirements to optimize cost/value delivered.
- Operate at both strategic (CxO) and operational (Scrum teams, understanding technical aspects) levels; understand how and why Scrum works.
- Build genuine partnerships with internal and external stakeholders; experience working in an international environment.
- Proficient in Polish and English at B2+/C1 levels.

- Collaborate with clients in a cross-functional Scrum team to optimize delivered value and shorten time to market.
- Verify current stakeholder needs and propose optimal solutions.
- Co-create product vision with the client and team.
- Make daily decisions to save days, weeks, or months of development.
- Manage the product backlog.
- Ensure project profitability and cost optimization.
- Model and promote a business-oriented/client-oriented approach.
