Senior Product Designer

Ziflow is the leading creative collaboration platform helping agencies and brands streamline feedback and approval for creative assets — from concept to delivery. The company has team members in the US, UK, Poland, Canada, and South Africa and is led by an executive team with experience building, scaling, and exiting SaaS businesses.

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Product Designer for B2B SaaS companies.
• Strong creative and conceptual skills.
• Strong user experience design skills.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum software development environments.
• Preferred: Experience in the creative operations space, project management products, digital asset management, online proofing, or creative automation.
• Highly proficient in all aspects of Figma.
• Proven experience with AI prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, Figma Make.

• Translate complex business goals and client requirements into visually stunning, functional, and user-friendly designs.
• Assist in evolving and maintaining a clear design strategy aligned across product experiences.
• Advocate for user-centred design principles balancing user needs and business objectives.
• Ensure design deliverables meet user requirements, technical constraints, and business goals with scalability across devices and platforms.
• Pitch ideas and present concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead user interviews to gather feedback on product designs and new concepts.
• Build and iterate working prototypes for new product areas, features, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to integrate design thinking early in the development cycle.
• Communicate design choices and strategy clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components across products.
• Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Lead multiple projects from conception to completion according to deadlines.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
