MS Dynamics 365 Sales & Purchases Stream Leader

Cyclad cooperates with top international IT companies, currently seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Sales & Purchases Functional Stream Leader to join a global digital transformation program involving a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation across multiple regions.

• Minimum 7 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Sales & Purchases modules
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including sales order management, customer master data, pricing, invoicing, shipment, credit management, and billing
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes including procurement, purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor management, and approval workflows
• Experience with integration concepts such as APIs, EDI, middleware, interface validation, and data mapping
• Minimum 10 years experience delivering international ERP implementation and core model rollout projects
• Minimum 8 years experience leading data migration, including ETL and data reconciliation
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior business stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in an international environment
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Previous experience leading global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation programs
• Experience with distributed international delivery teams
• Knowledge of manufacturing and finance business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience in multinational enterprise environments

• Lead and manage the Sales & Purchases functional stream throughout the global D365 Finance & Operations implementation program
• Coordinate, mentor, and onboard Sales & Purchases functional consultants
• Validate consultants' functional competencies before project onboarding
• Manage project lifecycle including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and go-live
• Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Data Migration, Development, and Integration teams
• Work closely with client stakeholders and project leadership to align business requirements with global core model
• Review and ensure quality of functional deliverables, including designs, configurations, and testing documentation
• Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support business decisions
• Lead functional workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
• Support deployment and adoption during rollout, go-live, and hypercare phases
