SAP EWM Functional Consultant (L3 Support)

Cyclad is an international IT services provider collaborating with top companies to deliver advanced technologies. The role is part of an international SAP Application Management Services (AMS) team focusing on SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP EWM in productive enterprise environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, and RF Framework.
• Experience with SAP EWM integrations including SAP ERP/S4HANA, interfaces, and queues.
• Previous experience in AMS or production support environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex production issues.
• Experience collaborating with ABAP, SAP Basis, and support teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under high-pressure operational support conditions.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation processes.
• Experience in SAP EWM implementation or migration projects.
• SAP EWM certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices.

• Provide L3 functional support for SAP EWM production issues and complex incidents.
• Resolve high-complexity break-fix issues and small to medium Change Requests (CPRs).
• Perform root cause analysis across SAP EWM processes and system integrations.
• Collaborate closely with ABAP L3 consultants to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support platform stabilization and operational continuity.
• Advise internal SAP EWM teams on solution design and SAP best practices.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of fixes and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards and operational guidelines.
• Work closely with SAP Basis and Level 1.5 Helpdesk teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP EWM support environment.
