Test Manager with German

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a senior test leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience creating test strategies, concepts, and comprehensive test plans.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present testing status and risks clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Fluent German (mandatory).

• Own and continuously improve the test process and overall quality assurance for the assigned product or project.
• Develop clear test strategies, test concepts, and detailed test plans aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Allocate tasks, coordinate and manage testing resources, and ensure effective capacity planning.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the testing lifecycle.
• Prepare concise status reports and communicate progress, blockers, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Support defect triage and resolution, and help clarify functional and non-functional requirements as needed.
