• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Citrix VDI support and solution design within enterprise environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within technical teams
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex technical challenges
• High creativity and innovation in problem-solving
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure solutions
• Advanced experience with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies, including Terminal Services
• Advanced understanding of VMware virtualization technologies
• Expert-level troubleshooting skills using various Citrix diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, and WSH
• Experience with Citrix Cloud and Microsoft Azure integration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Visio for documentation

• Perform advanced engineering tasks within the international Citrix Systems environment
• Design, implement, and maintain Citrix VDI solutions in large enterprise environments
• Execute hardware and software integration activities
• Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Citrix infrastructure
• Support mergers and acquisitions from a Citrix infrastructure perspective
• Deliver large-scale, high-value infrastructure projects
• Follow established procedures and documentation while collaborating in a team environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in solution design
