Siebel IT Operations Specialist

Cyclad works with top international IT companies to deliver cutting edge technologies. The role is to maintain and develop the Siebel CRM platform that supports critical business processes in large organizations.

• Experience working with Siebel CRM (Operations / Administration / Support)
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database environments (Oracle preferred)
• Experience in log analysis and working with monitoring tools
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Linux / Unix
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of SOA / OSB

• Monitor and maintain Siebel CRM environments
• Analyze incidents, diagnose root causes, and deliver effective solutions
• Support Change Management processes and deployment activities
• Provide assistance to business users and project teams
• Work with SQL, system logs, and monitoring tools
• Contribute to system integrations (SOA / ESB)
• Prepare and maintain operational and technical documentation
