Senior Power Platform Deployment Manager

In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies boosting their potential in delivering cutting-edge technologies. The project type is IT Services, with office location in Wrocław and a 100% remote work model from Poland. Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland are considered.

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages/ Portals
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform environments and deployments
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps, strong knowledge of YAML-based CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with automated testing, deployment, rollback, and release management
• Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability scanning within CI/CD processes
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Knowledge of Bicep templates
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring and operational support
• Monitoring and troubleshooting with Application Insights, API Insights, Azure Function App logs, Power Platform Flow logs, and custom monitoring solutions
• Working knowledge of: C#, .NET, PowerShell, Bash, YAML, XML, JavaScript
• Very good command of English

• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Power Platform ALM best practices
• Experience supporting multi-environment deployment strategies
• Understanding of governance and compliance for low-code platforms

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions and custom integrations
• Automate repetitive deployment and operational processes
• Manage releases and change requests across multiple environments (Dev, Test, UAT, UAT2, Production)
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and platform teams to accelerate deployment
• Support low-code and pro-code deployment models using Azure DevOps YAML pipelines
• Implement and maintain deployment standards, governance, and release management
• Monitor platform health and application performance using monitoring and logging tools
• Analyze logs and telemetry data to identify issues and improve reliability
• Troubleshoot deployment and production issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure security controls in the CI/CD process including vulnerability scanning
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment frameworks and DevOps processes
