AI Product Owner

The role is for an AI Product Owner working on a groundbreaking automation tool for global talent messaging, currently at pre-seed stage with an MVP. The product helps recruiters save 70% of their time by bridging HR and tech scale-ups.

• Experience working with AI, UX, Design, Engineering, Content, and Business teams.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.
• Ability to operate effectively with external partners, including data sources and ATSs.
• Strong business and analytical skills with the ability to define and track KPIs (conversion, engagement, performance).
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial mindset.
• Hands-on, proactive, and ownership-driven approach.
• Experience in start-up or scale-up culture.
• Experience working in multi-market and international environments.
• Very good English language skills.

• Define a compelling product vision grounded in customer insights, business objectives, and market capacity.
• Lead customer discovery and value definition with sales and TA teams.
• Build an outcome-oriented roadmap ensuring engagement with multiple data sources and integration with top ATS.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: MVP to scaling, adoption, client onboarding, and further scaling.
