AI Integration Architect

Cyclad collaborates with top international IT companies to deliver cutting-edge technologies shaping the future. This role is part of the Global Architecture team focusing on AI-enabled platform features including AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics capabilities.

• 6 to 8 years of IT experience including roles like Integration Architect or Solution Architect
• Proven experience in AI/ML architecture and advanced analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of cloud-based AI ecosystems and data platforms
• Expertise in Azure AI services including Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Databricks ML/LLM features
• Experience with MLOps frameworks and CI/CD for AI such as Azure ML pipelines, GitOps, model versioning
• Proficiency in data processing and feature engineering using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark
• Knowledge of AI security and governance: data privacy, model access control, Responsible AI, explainability, bias mitigation
• Experience with monitoring and observability for AI workloads including model performance, drift, quality, cost
• Familiarity with GenAI patterns such as RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases
• Ability to cooperate with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Very good English language skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and Autonomous Agents architecture
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Azure/AWS Architect, MuleSoft
• German language skills

• Design and implement end-to-end AI architectures, covering data preparation, model development, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Drive adoption of standards for AI/ML and GenAI within platform feature design
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools, recommending integrations
• Translate business and product needs into AI technical architecture requirements
• Produce AI architecture documentation, including responsible AI and governance aspects
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to data engineering, analytics, and product teams
• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, security, and ethical requirements
• Contribute to architecture reviews ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data, and AI strategies
• Promote best practices for MLOps, ModelOps, and AI lifecycle management
• Support development of scalable, secure, and compliant AI capabilities within Data & AI platforms
• Ensure compliance with regulatory constraints, data privacy, and Responsible AI principles
• Enable reuse and industrialization of AI patterns, accelerators, and components across platforms
