Tech Lead (Angular & .NET)

Cyclad works with top international IT companies focusing on delivering cutting-edge technologies. The current role involves joining a hybrid development team working in the energy sector. The project is long-term and related to IT services for the energy sector.

• Strong experience with Angular at Senior level
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities
• Optional but strong advantage: Full-stack development experience with .NET
• Solid understanding of clean code principles, software architecture, and design patterns
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Very good English (spoken and written)
• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications
• Previous collaboration with international clients
• Exposure to energy, utilities, or industrial domains

• Ensure high code quality, best practices, and compliance with the defined technology stack across applications
• Review and approve Pull Requests focusing on maintainability, performance, and security
• Provide technical leadership and take responsibility for delivery towards the client
• Define application scope collaborating with stakeholders during new releases
• Ensure timely delivery within estimates and quality standards
• Identify and communicate technical risks and potential issues early
• Support, mentor, and guide team members in daily work
• Assign tasks and coordinate activities within the development team
• Resolve team conflicts and foster collaboration
• Share delivery status and align with other Tech Leads and Architects
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)
• Collaborate closely with QA, UX, and other teams to ensure end-to-end quality
• Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders
