Senior Travel & Business Expenses Analyst with French (m/f)

For our Client, leader of beauty market.

• University degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• 3 to 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Travel & Expense management, Accounts Payable, or Corporate Finance, preferably within a shared services (SSC/BEST) or multinational environment
• Good understanding of T&E processes
• High interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Very good command of English and French (at least B2)
• Hands-on experience with T&E management tools (e.g., SAP Concur) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

• Oversee end-to-end T&E operations for assigned entities, ensuring compliance with global policies, local regulations, and internal controls
• Monitor expense workflows, resolve complex queries, and address operational bottlenecks
• Act as the first point of contact for less experienced T&E team members
• Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across T&E
• Support global projects, system upgrades, and digital solutions aimed at improving efficiency and user experience
• Act as a key point of contact for Finance, HR, travelers, and other T&E stakeholders
• Provide guidance and training on T&E policies and system usage
