Fund Operations Analyst with French (m/f)

This position is offered by a client from the financial industry.

• Experience in transfer agency, cash operations or accounting is an asset
• Fluency in French and English (min. C1)
• Knowledge of Private Capital funds is a plus
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Team player with motivation to grow

• Maintain and validate static data to ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and data quality
• Review and analyze documentation related to Private Capital funds, including Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Securitization
• Perform daily BAU activities and internal controls in accordance with established procedures, policies, and quality standards
• Contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of new processes, activities, and operational solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support the Team Leader in day-to-day operations, projects, and crisis management activities
• Proactively identify operational risks and contribute to the implementation of appropriate mitigation measures
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of procedures and SLAs, while handling complex and time-sensitive operational tasks
