Senior Business Analyst

Get IT Together specializes in providing highly qualified IT Experts in areas such as project management, architecture, business and system analysis, and software development. The client operates in the energy sector.

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis in the retail electricity market, particularly cooperating with distribution system operators and energy sellers
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process modeling and architecture using UML, Archimate, or BPMN notation
• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and prototyping user interfaces (GUI)
• Practical skills in defining and documenting business requirements
• Very good knowledge of retail electricity market operations
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and communicate with diverse stakeholder groups

• Conduct business analyses supporting the development of systems and processes
• Define and document requirements for changes and new system functionalities
• Analyze legal regulations and assess their impact on business processes and system requirements
• Prepare substantive business documentation
• Verify correctness, consistency, and completeness of business documents
• Create and develop document templates, reports, presentations, and training materials
• Design business processes and develop instructions and procedures
• Conduct trainings for users and business stakeholders
• Support development, testing, and improvement of portals within IT systems
• Lead consultations and agreements with internal clients and external partners
• Act as an owner of selected business areas
• Collaborate with IT solution suppliers and contractors
• Work closely with project teams to effectively achieve business and technology goals
