Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead

Get IT Together specializes in providing highly qualified IT experts in project management, architecture, business and system analysis, and software development.

• At least 5 years of programming experience in Java 8+
• Minimum 3 years programming with Java 17+
• At least 2 years as a Technical Lead for Java backend teams
• Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, Spring Boot, relational databases, and ORM technologies especially Hibernate
• Practical experience with GitLab and Maven
• Ability to write unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito
• Familiarity with platforms, APIs, and integration channels used by energy operators, especially Unicorn (ECP/EDX)
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Responsibility and timeliness in task execution
• Independence and effective work organization
• Effective teamwork and strong communication skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Oracle databases
• Knowledge of Python
• Basic understanding of Linux systems

• Support the development team in defining and executing technical tasks
• Analyze, verify, and plan the development of technologies used in the project
• Implement technological solutions via training, mentoring, and expert support
• Develop system architecture in the backend layer
• Design, implement, and develop system features
• Create and maintain tests ensuring solution quality and reliability
• Collaborate with project teams to meet technological and business goals
