DevOps Engineer / Infrastructure & Cluster Management Specialist with German

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in implementing, configuring, maintaining, or developing Kubernetes clusters.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with container technologies like Docker or Podman.
• Minimum 3 years in Cluster Lifecycle Management including provisioning, upgrades, scaling, backup/restore, and high availability.
• Practical experience with GitOps and tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, e.g., Terraform.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD or similar.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational automation tasks.
• Minimum 2 years across at least three of the following areas: IAM/RBAC, Network Policies, Secrets Management, Image Scanning, TLS/Encryption, Security Hardening.
• Minimum 2 years cooperating with development or platform teams within Agile/DevOps environments.
• Very good command of German and English languages, minimum C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience maintaining and developing platform services for development teams.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Kubernetes Security, Policy-as-Code, or Security Scanning.
• Experience standardizing infrastructure and platform services in multi-team environments.
• Experience in large international infrastructure projects.

• Design and maintain operational processes based on GitOps.

• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Automate operational and administrative tasks.
• Ensure security of Kubernetes environments including IAM/RBAC, Network Policies, Secrets Management, Image Scanning, TLS, and Security Hardening.
• Collaborate with development and platform teams in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Support development teams in using platform services.
• Standardize infrastructural and platform solutions in multi-team environments.
