Senior Software Engineer (PM) with German

• Minimum 5 years of practical software development experience using Java or Python
• Minimum 4 years of experience processing structured data including SQL, ETL/ELT, or Data Pipelines
• Minimum 4 years working with relational databases and SQL
• Practical experience in multiple projects involving creation or integration of REST API / web services
• Minimum 3 years experience with Git, including branching, pull/merge requests, and code reviews
• Minimum 3 years experience with automated testing
• Minimum 3 years experience working with containerized applications
• Minimum 4 years experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of project management methodologies
• Very good command of German and English languages at minimum C1 level

Nice to have:

• Minimum 3 years experience with Apache Spark / Spark SQL or comparable Big Data technologies
• Experience designing and implementing complex Data Pipelines
• Experience in data validation and transformation based on rules
• Minimum 3 years experience with Kubernetes, Cloud, or Private Cloud
• Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and quality assurance
• Experience designing software architecture and systems
• Minimum 2 years experience with Angular or TypeScript
• Experience working on large international projects

• Design, development, and maintenance of applications and software solutions using Java or Python
• Design and development of ETL/ELT processes and Data Pipelines
• Working with large datasets using Apache Spark / Spark SQL
• Design and integration of REST API and web services
• Backend development and participation in Full Stack work
• Creating and developing user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript
• Designing software architecture, interfaces, and modular system solutions
• Working with relational databases and SQL
• Creating and maintaining automated tests including unit, integration, and API tests
• Working with containerized applications and environments like Kubernetes, Cloud, and Private Cloud
• Collaborating on maintaining CI/CD processes and ensuring software quality
• Participating in project management, work planning, and team coordination
• Leading the team and supporting efficient work organization
• Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders in an international setting
