• Very good knowledge of Python, especially for automation and developer tool creation.
• Practical experience with AI programming support tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor or similar.
• Practical knowledge of Agentic AI concepts including tools, skills, prompts, and multi-step workflows.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations and effective prompt engineering principles.
• Experience integrating agents with API, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Very good knowledge of Git and modern software development processes.
• Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with tools such as Jira.
• Good command of English enabling smooth communication in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of data processing tools and standards like dbt, ODCS, ODPS.
• Experience in Data Engineering and automation projects.
• Familiarity with additional tools and frameworks in the AI/LLM domain.
• Experience working in an international environment.

• Designing and developing AI agents supporting Data Engineering processes.
• Creating agent functionalities directly in modern IDE environments.
• Automating repetitive Data Engineering tasks with agentic AI solutions.
• Integrating agents with data platforms, pipelines, and developer tools.
• Creating reusable prompts, tools, and workflows to support engineering teams.
• Collaborating with Data Engineers to identify automation opportunities.
• Optimizing performance, reliability, and quality of AI agents.
• Testing, validating, and continuously improving agent behaviors.
• Monitoring agent usage and implementing improvements based on user feedback.
• Documenting agent architecture, best practices, and implementation guidelines.
